CONFESSIONS: BAILEY (Confessions Series #6)

Black and white. Right and wrong.

That’s how Craig Bailey has always lived his life.

The son of a fallen, decorated police officer,

he’s had no choice but to follow the rules.

Until he met the ultimate bad boy

and decided to follow him instead.

Henri Boudreaux is everything Bailey never knew he wanted.

Mysterious, sexy, and hiding more secrets than friends.

He’s exactly the kind of man Bailey knows could break his heart.

But there’s a vulnerability to Henri that calls to Bailey.

A longing for a connection that Bailey is unable to resist.

And while Bailey has always lived his life on the straight and narrow, he is now beginning to understand that falling in love is never so black and white.

🔥 CONFESSIONS: HENRI (Confessions: Henri #5)

5 Stars!!!

This is book 6 in the Confessions series and the second with this pairing and you absolutely need to have read Henri’s book first, although it might be even better if you read all the series. You won’t regret it, it’s super hot!

So, I was a bit disappointed because there wasn’t as much Bailey/Henri in the previous book as I would’ve liked, but Ella more than made up for that in this book and let me tell you, it was amazing! Bailey was such a sweet, supportive man, just perfect for Henri, who has gone through so much since he was a little boy. Yes, there’s some angst and there was a moment in which I wanted to kind of yell at Bailey, although his reaction to learning what Henri had done was understandable, but there was also more of the connection and the scorching hot chemistry between Henri and Bailey that I’d been craving to see. Ella Frank writes some of the hottest sex scenes I’ve read (and damn, I swear I won’t be able to see at any staircase in the same way any time soon! *fans self*)

Overall, this was a fantastic read, hot and sexy and angsty, it even made me cry at a point, and it made my Saturday so much better. This is definitely a book I have no trouble recommending, just don’t forget to start with Henri, or even better with Robbie!
